Making connections
Peer support and group programs connect you with people who understand your experiences, to share stories and learn coping strategies.
Sharing experiences
If you want to improve your mental health, group peer support sessions can help you learn coping strategies from people who understand your situation.
Getting support from others who have experienced similar circumstances, or are dealing with issues now, can be a reminder that you’re not alone, even in tough times. There’s always a way back to living your best life and connecting with your community.
Our qualified staff facilitate group sessions so everyone has a chance to share their story, and to help each other on the road to recovery.
You may be referred to these services through a range of mental health programs or health professionals.
