Help with funding There are many ways to fund your support at home. Where eligible, we provide free assistance to help you better understand and access the support and services you need to be healthy, connected and age well. Depending on your circumstance, this can be through private services or government funded services such as a Home Care Package (HCP), Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) or Short Term Restorative Care (STRC).
