My Aged Care - Home Care Packages
We offer My Aged Care - Home Care Packages which enable you to maintain your independence so that you can live your best life at home.
A Home Care Package is a service funded by the Government via My Aged Care. There are four different levels of Home Care Packages and based on your assessment by My Aged Care, your level of funding will determine the services that you are entitled to. These services can be provided by The Benevolent Society and can be tailored to your needs.
Services offered through a Benevolent Society Home Care Package include:
- Aged Care Support – Coordinating your services
- Clinical Health services (Nurses, Diet and Nutrition Support, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Speech Therapy)
- Respite services
- Assisting with the day to day - Coordinating equipment and aids, Financial Education, Meal Preparation, Gardening, Household Assistance - Help around the home, Supporting you to get ready for the day, Support in the home, Social Support - Group and individual social activities
