Yoga & Mindfulness - Evening Workshop

Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to relax the mind and body. To create a state of calm and tranquillity. The facilitator will step you through a session with the intention of relaxation. These sessions are open to beginners through to experienced yoga & mindfulness participants.

You can register for one or all sessions.
