Women's Health - The Menopause

Night sweats, insomnia, low mood, fatigue the list goes on and is different for every woman going through the Menopause. Over three sessions, you will learn practical ways to manage those symptoms and recognise triggers so that you can feel more confident, supported, and empowered at work and maintain healthy relationships at home.

Session 1: Lifestyle with practical tips at home.
Session 2: Diet and nutrition.
Session 3: Yoga for Menopause workshop (you will learn how mindfulness and relaxation techniques will lower stress and anxiety and better manage the symptoms of menopause).
