Window of Tolerance

It is often difficult to regulate our emotions and how we respond to triggers or stressors. When stress or trauma shrink a person’s window of tolerance, it does not take much to throw you off balance. When reactions take over, you feel angry, numb, emotionally overwhelmed or your body just wants to shut down.

In this interactive workshop you will learn strategies to come back into the window of tolerance and increase your capacity to experience emotions from a place of calm.
