We have a wonderful opportunity to visit Stanmore Public School and see the Stephanie Alexander program up close.
The school has created a productive garden which provides a hands-on approach to students, teaching them how to grow, harvest and prepare fresh seasonal produce. You will enjoy a cooking lesson using herbs and other produce for lunch harvested from the garden to create your own three course healthy seasonal Mexican style vegetarian meal.
