Are you interested in improving your fitness and balance while also overcoming the physical and mental effects of stress? The class will consist of a warm-up, a brief introduction to Qigong and Tai Chi, and then some basic practice.
The class will be presented by Ric Bolzan who has been practicing Tai Chi for 25 years and has been teaching for the past 8 years. He is an accredited instructor by Tai Chi for Health, Australia. Ric is passionate about Tai Chi and Qigong as a way of improving physical and mental health.
