Join us for a hands-on Spanish Paella cooking experience at the Sydney Seafood School. You will learn how to create one of the world’s famous seafood dishes, learn about it's regional history as well as where to find quality Spanish ingredients. Learn how to prepare prawns, squid, and mussels under the guidance of a professional and then sit down and eat your delicious creation in the Seafood School’s stunning dining room. Each participant will receive a recipe booklet.
