Macrame is a technique where decorative knots are created, generating a series of patterns. A very beneficial activity for both physical and mental health. By making the patterns and macrame knots we are generating a relaxation response in the body, a similar effect when we do yoga. This activity also promotes concentration, decreases muscle tension, and stimulates the sense of touch. All good reasons to try macrame and register your interest.
By the end of the workshop, you will have created your very own (beginners) macrame plant hanger, with a pot and a fresh plant.
