This workshop will be presented in the Sydney Seafood School theatrette by an expert chef and then it is off to their state-of-the-art kitchen where you will cook calamari fritti, grilled mussels, seafood spaghettini and insalata caprese. Enjoy a meal with the rewards of your hard work.
