A fortnightly journaling group designed to support you in cultivating more joy and healing in your everyday life. Each session we'll explore a journaling technique together during our session. You'll then be guided with some journaling for the fortnight and then we'll come back together each fortnight to share our reflections and insights.
Some of the journaling techniques you can expect to explore are inspired reading, springboards, magical abc's, life review, a gift from nature, plus so much more.
