A weekly one-hour group fitness class experience designed to provide a taste of different fitness activities. Engaging in regular exercise has shown to be beneficial to your overall health as well as mental fitness. Throughout the six-week programme there will be low impact circuit training, Zumba, cardio, and strength exercises. Each class will have an element of mindfulness within it and a relaxation at the end, so the carers leave energized, calm, and balanced. Carers can book in for one or all sessions.
