Female Carers Fitness Program

A weekly one-hour group fitness class experience designed to introduce different fitness activities. Engaging in regular exercise has shown to be beneficial to your overall health as well as mental fitness.

Throughout the eight week program there will be low impact circuit training, Zumba, cardio, and strength exercises.

Each class will have an element of mindfulness within it and relaxation at the end, so the carers leave energized, calm, and balanced.

Session information will be advertised prior to each session via email.
