在繁忙的照顾工作中,时刻关心他人可能使您自己的需求被忽略。为了支持您的身心健康,我们很高兴邀请您参加我们的“照顾者放松活动”。整日活动内容包括:正念引导: 专业的正念导师将带领您体验正念冥想,帮助您更好地处理日常压力,提高心理健康。身体放松练习: 学会简单而有效的身体放松技巧,缓解紧张感,促进身体的舒适感。呼吸调理: 掌握深呼吸和呼吸调理方法,以平静情绪,提升集中力。小组分享: 与其他照顾者一起分享经验,建立支持系统,共同面对独特的挑战。
活动内容为中文(普通话、广东话)免费提供精美上午茶、午餐以及下午茶。
Amidst the demands of care-giving, it’s easy to neglect your own well-being. To support your mental and emotional health, we are delighted to welcome you to join our ‘Chinese Carer well-being & relaxation workshop’.
Workshops include:
- Mindfulness Guidance: The instructor will lead you through mindfulness meditation, helping you better navigate daily stressors and enhance you psychological well-being.
- Body relaxation practices: learn simple yet effective body relaxation techniques to alleviate tension and promote a sense of physical ease.
- Breath regulation: Master deep breathing and breath regulation techniques to calm emotions and enhance focus.
- Group Sharing: Engage in open discussions with other carers, share experiences and build a supportive network to collectively address unique challenges.
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.
⚠ Please be advised that Workshop will be conducted in Chinese. Only register for this workshop if you can understand Cantonese or Mandarin.
