We understand the role of a carer can be one of the most rewarding and yet challenging roles to undertake.

We also understand that there is so much information out there to help carer's with their wellbeing, that sometimes it can become overwhelming knowing where to start.

This is where our one hour weekly Wellbeing for Carer's webinars across six weeks can help! Each week we will bring you practical tips on:

Week 1 – Resilience: in this session you will learn about the negative and positive factors that affect your mental health, and why resilience is relevant to your caring role?

Week 2 – Managing Stress and Self-care: in this session you will learn about the difference between stress and anxiety, signs and symptoms of stress, and how to manage the stress.

Week 3 – Maintaining Meaningful Relationships: in this session you will learn more about the key characteristics of a meaningful relationship, relationship breakdowns, and how to build healthy relationships.

Week 4 – Wellness and Wellbeing: in this session you will learn the eight elements of wellness and wellbeing, along with strategies to improve your own wellness & wellbeing.

Week 5 – Self-Development: in this session you will learn about your psychological needs, emotional needs, physical needs and strategies for your own self-development.

Week 6 – Free Discussion: discuss a topic of carer's choice.
