Better Life for Carers Workshop by Lars - Expression of Interest

Guiding you to make long-term changes to practise self-care, reduce stress, increase overall well-being. To become a more effective person and carer by increasing skills and resilience.

By participating you will;

  • Learn and apply techniques for setting and following through with realistic goals to implement real, positive change to create better balance and joy in life.

  • Build your capacity and effectiveness as a carer.

This is a six week consecutive workshop, we ask that you commit to the full six weeks to truly benefit from the program.
