This workshop guides you to make long-term changes to be able to practise self-care, reduce your stress, increase your overall well-being and to become a more effective person and carer by increasing your skills, balance, resilience.
During this workshop you will have the opportunity to;
· exchange stories, challenges, and ideas
· access to an ongoing network to support one another
· learn more about yourself
· learn and apply techniques for setting and following through with realistic goals to implement real, positive change to create better balance and joy in life.
· build and maintain a habit of looking after yourself
· build your capacity and effectiveness as a Carer.
This is a 6-week consecutive workshop, and we ask that you commit to the full 6 weeks to truly benefit from the program.
