Commitment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People

Closing the gap

Our vision for reconciliation is a journey of living, breathing and walking together to bridge the gap.

More than words

To build relationships, respect and opportunities we focus on engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, other not-for-profit organisations, Reconciliation Australia and our staff.

Key to our approach is translating good intentions to practical actions to make real change for the people who work with us, and communities we support.

We’re a proud supporter of the Family Matters campaign focused on reducing the over representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children in out of home care.

Reconciliation Action Plan

Our second Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) builds on our commitment to reconciliation as a key part of social change. Reconciliation is a journey of healing, essential for Australia to mature as a nation.

We believe by working together, we’re stronger, and we can achieve more than working alone.

Our RAP reinforces our commitment to reconciliation. It maps our path to support reconciliation over the next two years through building relationships, respect and opportunities.
