Robert Griew

Robert’s career spans 23 years of senior executive leadership positions in health, education and human services, including as the CEO of the Northern Territory Department of Health and Community Services and CEO of the AIDS Council of NSW. 

As the Associate Secretary in the Australian Government Department of Education and Training, he was responsible for higher education, research and international education. He previously ran the Commonwealth Government’s Aged and Community Care, Population Health, and Indigenous Health Divisions. 

Currently, Robert is the Founder and Director of consulting and mediation service provider, Think, Change, Resolve. He has worked with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, leaders, researchers, and policy makers for more than two decades. His work in the Indigenous sector crosses health, family and community services, education, employment, and economic development. He was the NDIS Complaints Commissioner and is strongly committed to the voice of the consumer.

Robert has a Bachelor qualification in health education, a Master of Public Health and a Graduate Certificate in Economics. He is a nationally accredited mediator (NMAS).
