Youth Services

Positive support for young people

Our early intervention mental health services support vulnerable young people, and their families and carers.

Staying engaged and connected

Early intervention means support to manage issues before they reach a crisis point.

Experiencing mental illness or a mental health issue doesn’t mean young people can’t reach their potential. People can recover from mental illness and lead rewarding lives where they participate in the community.

Our youth services at The Shack support young people to maintain health and wellbeing and engage through work or study.

Support can include help to resolve family issues, managing alcohol or drug issues and staying healthy.

By developing resilience and wellbeing, young people can build stronger relationships and deal with mental health challenges.
