Protecting children and keeping families together
Family Intervention Services provide support to improve attachment between a child and their parent and ensure they’re protected in a safe environment.
The program aims to keep families together where it’s in the best interests of the child. Through intervention and monitoring, children are kept living at home or reunited with their family if they’ve been in out-of-home care.
