Domestic and Family Violence

One in four women have experienced domestic and family violence. Those women often have children who are also victim-survivors of domestic and family violence. Men and non-binary people can be victims too.

Domestic and family violence has long lasting and devastating effects on the people whose lives it touches. The Benevolent Society is committed to evidence-based, effective and consistent approaches to people experiencing, or who have experienced, domestic and family violence.

We offer a range of programs to support people experiencing or who have experienced domestic and family violence, from crisis support through to recovery and healing. You can find out more by calling us on 1800 236 762 or exploring the services below.
