You can connect with people in similar circumstances and decrease carer strain through connection and sharing experiences through the community forum.

Carer Gateway Counselling Service is free for carers. Mon - Fri, from 8am to 6pm, professional counsellors will talk through the concerns you have and how you feel about your carer role.

The Carer Directed support service is aimed at giving you a greater say and more control over the support provided to you and the person(s) you care for.
