Join Patty in this gentle journey that delves deep into your subconscious to help promote strength, clarity, and healing. Your teacher takes you through a specific series of guided meditations to lull your body into a state of deep relaxation while your mind remains fully awake.
We begin by relaxing the body and then use various techniques starting with a body scan, which stimulates a wide area of the brain. The visualisation section is used to help unlock anything that may be stored in your sub-conscience. Ancient scriptures suggest that 20-30 minutes of this guided relaxation is the equivalent of 3-4 hours of rest or sleep.
Patty Kikos has been teaching this technique for 16 years and will softly guide you through this practice over the next few weeks so that you can then be equipped with the tools to do this for yourself. Comfortable clothing is suggested as is a warm shawl in case you get cold.
