Restorative Care Services

If you have been approved for the Restorative Care Pathway, it means you have access to funding (for up to 16 weeks) for services to enhance your quality of life at home. 

The types of services you can access with your Restorative Care Pathway funding are as follows; 

  • Physiotherapy to improve strength or assist with injury management 
  • Nursing Support to assist with medical knowledge and assistance 
  • Nutrition Support to support healthy eating and lifestyle choices 
  • Some home modifications to make it easier to get around your home 
  • Social outings or a catch up in your home
