The Family Portal (by AlayaCare) is a secure, online platform for clients and their families to stay connected to their home care services. It allows authorised users to view and manage various aspects of care, such as upcoming visits, invoices, and client information like vitals and medications, directly from a desktop or mobile app. The portal facilitates communication between families and care providers, enabling requests for services, completion of forms, and enhanced transparency.  

Please note that Family Portal is only available for Support at Home clients and/or their approved contacts. If your are receiving services with us and you'd like access, please speak to your Home Support Partner. If you already have access to Family Portal, you can log in by clicking on the link below.
