Starting 1 November 2025, Support at Home will give you greater choice and flexibility in how your care is delivered.

How your funding works

• Your money (funding) is protected  - If you switch to Benevolent your money comes with you, and you'll move to Support at Home with the same level of funding as your current Home Care Package. 
• No money lost - Any unspent money you have will come with you and can still be used on your services. 
• Flexibility when you need it - You’ll be able to roll over up to $1,000 or 10% of your quarterly budget (whichever is higher) to cover any unexpected extras. 
• We are 100% not-for-profit which means every dollar we receive goes towards supporting your care.
