Starting 1 November 2025, Support At Home will be redesigned to give people more choice, greater flexibility, and easier access to the support they need to live safely and independently at home.

Where do we start

We’ll be with you every step of the way. From registering with My Aged Care to preparing for your aged care assessment, we provide clear and friendly guidance throughout the entire process.
When the time is right, someone from the Single Assessment Team will meet with you. Their goal is to learn about your needs and find the best ways to help you. They’ll take the time to understand your life at home, the challenges you’re facing, and what could help improve your daily living.
We give you information and support to help you understand what to expect from the assessment process so you feel informed and prepared.

General house cleaning and laundry
Gardening and home maintenance
Transport to help you get out and about
Weekly outings and grocery shopping
Personal care such as showering, getting dressed, continence assistance and more
Help to prepare or have meals delivered to you
Support so your carers take a break
Access to physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing services and more.
