What changed on 1 November, 2025?

On 1 November 2025, the Support at Home program was introduced as the new national in-home aged care program. It was redesigned to give people more choice, greater flexibility, and easier access to the support they need to live safely and independently at home.

  • We’ll be with you every step of the way. From registering with My Aged Care to preparing for your aged care assessment, we provide clear and friendly guidance throughout the entire process. 

  • When the time is right, someone from our team will meet with you. Their goal is to learn about your needs and find the best ways to help you. They’ll take the time to understand your life at home, the challenges you’re facing, and what could help improve your daily living.

  • We give you information and support to help you understand what to expect from the assessment process so you feel informed and prepared.
