Our commitment to keeping you safe and healthy
Aged care rights are about you—your safety, dignity, and ability to make choices about your own life and care. Under the New Aged Care Act, older Australians have the right to receive high‑quality and safe care that respects their independence, values, and preferences. These rights are designed to help you stay informed, feel listened to, and live as independently as possible in your home and community, with support that meets your needs and goals.

How to give feedback or make a complaint
We are committed to providing safe, high quality care and support, and we welcome your feedback at any time. Your compliments, suggestions, concerns, or complaints help us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve. We take all feedback seriously and manage complaints fairly, respectfully and confidentially, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and learning from your experience. Providing feedback or making a complaint will not affect the care or services you receive, and you are encouraged to speak up if something does not feel right.
