About the Client Advisory Body

The Benevolent Society is committed to ongoing and continuous improvement of our services. Feedback from our Client Advisory Body is shared directly with The Benevolent Society Board.

All clients, previous clients and/or authorised representatives are invited to express their interest to join the Client Advisory Body. The Benevolent Society aims to make sure that the Client Advisory Body is representative of the diversity of our client base. As such, not all clients will be selected as formal members.

Each year, new members will be invited to join the Client Advisory Body. This makes sure we have different points of view and responses from a wide group of clients.

If you are not selected, there are many other opportunities outside of the Client Advisory Body to engage and give feedback.

If you express your interest, and are selected as a member of the Body, we will confirm your membership for one year.

We expect you to attend at least one meeting a year. In preparation for meeting attendance, we will get in touch with you before the meeting to ensure we get the most value from your participation and to provide feedback to the Board.
