COVID-19: Health Updates

In the face of enormously challenging times, we want to reassure you that we are still delivering our services across all disciplines. The safety, health and wellbeing of our people, clients and community is our utmost priority at The Benevolent Society.

Essential in-person services continue

As an essential service, we are continuing to provide in-person support where appropriate and absolutely necessary.  Our specialist team are completely trained in COVID-19 safety protocols and always follow the latest health advice provided by the Australian Government Department of Health and State health authorities.

Virtual and telehealth services

You can now connect with a qualified Benevolent Society specialist from the comfort of your own home. Virtual and telehealth services are available across some of our services.  Our specialists will work with you to tailor an approach to meet your needs and goals.  

Visiting our offices

If you are visiting our offices we want to ensure the safety of our staff, clients and community. We therefore ask that you scan in, sign the visitor register and show your vaccination certificate.
If you have a medical exemption, we ask that you show this as you sign in.
