Paul Ronfeldt

An experienced employment and safety lawyer, Paul Ronfeldt brings over 30 years of expertise in areas including employment, industrial relations, discrimination and work health and safety law. 

Paul is currently a partner at Thomson Geer in Melbourne.  

Over his career, Paul has provided legal counsel to a range of large Australian and global organisations, including the not-for-profit and public sector. 

Examples of this includes assisting employers in their interactions with regulators like the Fair Work Ombudsman, advising state and federal governments on public policy matters like workplace safety, and advising on employment and safety considerations regarding complex mergers and acquisitions. 

Supporting the not-for-profit sector and helping disadvantaged Australians has been a constant focus for Paul. In addition to assisting not-for-profit organisations delivering community support in Melbourne, Paul has also provided support to Benevolent in the past as an advisor.  

Through his experience, Paul brings expert knowledge on human resource management and improving workplace culture and safety for not-for-profit organisations.
