Nancy has extensive business experience as a non-executive director of both commercial and non-profit organisations and lawyer. Nancy previously practised as a lawyer for over 30 years and was involved in leadership roles in her legal career, leading practice groups and contributed to strategic planning. She is committed to the non-profit sector and has a focus on the needs of children and arts in Australia, particularly music. She received a Medal of the Order of Australia in 2008.
