Manager Ageing Operations

  • Full time position based in Penrith with location flexibility
  • TRP $121,900k - $143,400k + Salary Packaging

We provide a range of community-based support services for children, families, people with a disability and older Australians. We are a non-religious, not for profit organisation at the forefront of societal change for over 200 years

Your new role:

As a Manager overseeing this program, you will drive high quality client-centred services, which will help older Australians stay in their homes longer and keep them active in the community. You will also be responsible for:

  • The full range of operational and strategic outcomes including service and practice quality, financial performance, people leadership and risk management
  • Inspiring your team to achieve positive, effective outcomes for clients through practice excellence
  • Maintaining a positive inclusive workplace with strong staff engagement and clear expectations
  • Deepening relationships with funders, partner organisations and internal stakeholders
  • Be a valued part of our broader Ageing Services team across NSW

What you need to succeed:

As an experienced Manager you will have:

  • Proven ability to develop and implement services to exceed contract compliance
  • Outstanding people leadership: proven ability to build and develop an engaged, high performing team
  • Strong management skills; meeting/exceeding performance targets and service improvement objectives
  • Working in a collaborative, cross functional way with teams, peers and stakeholders to achieve outcomes
  • Pragmatic approach to problem solving, decision making and manage balancing priorities
  • Informed about changes in the Ageing sector.
