Recruitment Specialist

Your new role:

You will work as part of a motivated and friendly team to manage the end to end recruitment for key vacancies. You will use your trustworthy approach, attention to detail and creativity to source candidates and to guide them through the recruitment process through to the offer stage. You get a buzz out of finding candidates for hard to fill roles and matching people with roles and teams where they can make a real difference.

Terms: Full time position for an initial 6 month contract based in our new National Office in Glebe, NSW.

What you need to succeed?

As an experienced recruiter, you will have

  • At least 12 months experience with proactive talent search
  • Excellent understanding of the community services and/or healthcare sectors
  • Demonstrated experience creating job ads, maintaining active pipeline, shortlisting and assessing candidates Demonstrated success in building short, medium and long term relationships with candidates
  • Ability to work unsupervised and remotely (with the support of the team and our mobile technology)
  • High level of professional accountability and integrity
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
