Support Coordinator Identified

We support people with a disability of all ages to meet their goals, empowering them to live their best life.

This is an identified position open only to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to meet the needs of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.

Your new role

As an Identified Support Coordinator, you will support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and other clients navigate the complex world of NDIS to understand their plan and maximise their budget. You will monitor and coordinate support needs and link clients to community and mainstream services to enhance an individual's quality of life.

This is a full time role based in Broken Hill, NSW. 

Your experience

You will be recognised by the Community as a culturally safe person and practitioner and have experience;

  • Experience in reading, understanding and implementing NDIS plans
  • Experience in connecting Aboriginal clients with appropriate services 
  • A strong commitment to culturally appropriate service delivery
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel to clients where required
  • Previous experience in a billable environment highly desirable
