Our Personal Helpers and Mentors programs help people living with mental illness better manage their daily activities and access the support they need to participate fully in the community. We also support families and children where there is a parent who experiences mental illness.
Youth Mental Health
We provide help for 12-25 year olds struggling with mental health issues through our headspace centre in Liverpool, NSW. The service is free, confidential and friendly and also provides support for family, friends and carers.

The Centre for Women's, Children's and Family Health provide fully integrated wrap-around services to women and their children based on their needs. Centre services include counselling (crisis, individual and family), case management, therapeutic groups, education services, information, referral and advocacy services, community events and access to legal and medical services (eg. Women’s Health Nurse). We specialise in domestic violence and trauma counselling and support.
We recognise that communities thrive when men are valued and included. We offer some programs especially for men, such as fathers’ workshops run by men to provide dads with practical parenting skills.
